Hello Fellow Bloggers,
Starting March 1, 2012 I will begin my journey to 150 pds by June 1, 2012
As of February I weigh 213 lbs, I have 3 months to lose 60 lbs. That is roughly 30 pounds a month, and roughly 6 pounds a week. I know that seems like alot, and it is, but it is a goal and I want to strive as close to it as possible!! I can settle with 15 pounds a month, that is 30 pounds by June 2011. Then shoot for the other 30 by August 2011, so 60 pounds in 4 months ~ isn't medically impossible nor asking my body to perform to much to fast. Actually 3 pounds a week in the fitness world is a great expectation.
So, who will take this challenge with me, come on ladies lets get in shape. I would love to form a support group on here, that way we can encourage each other and log in our weekly progress, accomplishments and even pictures. It is time for women to start supporting eachother to be better, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
In the picture above, I am weighing in at 192lbs, whoohoo!! (This was June of 2010) I need to take a new picture will have some added soon. My current habits have been as followed:

I try to eat 6 small meals a day, roughly every 2 - 3 hours
For lunch I eat a salad with chicken or salmon on it
For dinner some steamed or grilled vegetables, chicken or fish
I drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water. Ex: 200 lbs = 100oz of water
