I am a mother of 8 children, 3 miscarriages and a "complete hysterectomy" and I am currently 220 pounds. I came across a picture the other day back in 2006, I had been walking 5 miles a day, exercising 5 to 6 times a week and eating really healthy. I was 150 pounds. I then looked in the mirror and wanted to cry! So I have decided that it is time!!! NO MORE JUST TALKIN HEALTH! BUT LIVING IT! ~ I can't even keep up with my children like I use to when I was 150pds. I need to do better for myself, my family, my friends, especially my husband, but most importantly for my KING Jesus. I am dealing with Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. So starting February 22, 2010 I am changing my lifestyle, by eating whole foods (clean eating), drinking water (no sodas) and exercising DAILY, (aerobics, strength training, yoga (christian version), and pilates!! This is my journey...come along lets get healthier together.
